The <br />existing structure is approximately thirty five (35) feet in height above grade. <br />Legal Description <br />1026 Corby Boulevard additionally described as Part of Numbered Lot One (1) as shown on the <br />Recorded Plat of Sorin's Addition to the Town of Lowell, now a part of the City of South Bend, <br />described as beginning at the Northeast corner of said Lot Numbered One (1) running thence West <br />along the North line thereof a distance of thirty -eight (38) feet, thence South one hundred six (106) <br />feet and nine (9) inches, thence East thirty -eight (3 8) feet to the East line of said Lot Numbered One <br />(1), thence North along said East line of said lot one hundred six (106) feet and nine (9) inches to the <br />place of beginning all within St. Joseph County, Indiana. <br />
