ORDINANCE NO. 6-qq 8 —) jQ AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $ 35, 400.00 FROM THE FEDERAL ASSISTANCE GRANT COMMONLY RE- FERRED TO AS GENERAL REVENUE SHARING FOR VARIOUS ADMINISTRATIVE PROGRAMS TO BE AD- MINISTERED BY THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND THROUGH ITS DEPARTMENT OF ADMINISTRATION AND FINANCE. WHEREAS, additional funds are needed by the Department of Admin- istration and Finance to administer certain Administrative programs and to insure the Department's ability to properly perform its functions. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend as follows: SECTION I. That the sum of $35, 400.00 is hereby appropriated from the Federal Assistance Grant Fund commonly known as the General Revenue Sharing Fund. This appropriation is to be administered by the Department of Administration and Finance and will be distributed as set forth below: Program FA 104 "Downtown Development Program" Account Services Contractual 213 214 260 Description Amount Travel 4000.00 Telephone 2400.00 Other Contractuals 29000.00 TOTAL Services Contractual 35, 400.00 TOTAL FA 104 35, 400.00 SECTION II.
