Stancati <br />TO: MEMBERS OF THE COMMON COUNCIL <br />June 14, 1976 <br />SUBJECT: Ordinance for Purchase of Water Meters <br />����oUrioN��cF <br />Sy?, <br />LU Z <br />a ^S <br />//VDIANP <br />The Bureau of Water is presenting an Ordinance to the Common <br />Council for the purchase of an assortment of water meters. <br />The meters are of various sizes and will be used as needed <br />throughout the system. A certain number of these must be on hand at all <br />times in order to provide us with supplies for immediate and necessary <br />service to the consumer. The quantity stated in the bids is the maximum <br />amount that would be purchased. Said meters will be purchased as needed. <br />Bids were let pursuant to the Statutes of the State of <br />Indiana and were found competitive. The contracts were let on an item <br />basis to (1) Badger Meter, Inc. and (2) Neptune Meter Company by the <br />Board of Water Works Commissioners on the 7th day of June, 1976.
