ORDINANCE NO. 7 7 6 <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A CONTRACT BETWEEN THE <br />BUREAU OF WATER OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, <br />INDIANA, AND (1) BADGER METER, INC., MILWAUKEE, <br />WISCONSIN, AND (2) NEPTUNE METER COMPANY, LOUIS- <br />VILLE, KENTUCKY, FOR THE PURCHASE OF AN ASSORT- <br />MENT OF WATER METERS IN THE AMOUNT OF $132,316.00. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: <br />SECTION I.
