Stancati <br />TO: MEMBERS OF THE COMMON COUNCIL <br />SUBJECT: Ordinance for Purchase of Water Main, Valves and Fittings <br />'0'#-UT/o4�, <br />L <br />LU <br />The Bureau of Water is presenting an Ordinance to the Common <br />INDIAVAN <br />Council for the purchase of an assortment of water mains, valves and fittings. <br />Bids were let pursuant to the Statutes of the State of Indiana <br />and were found competitive. The Contracts were let on an item basis to <br />(1) Clow Corporation and (2) Kennedy Valve Manufacturing Company by the <br />Board of Water Works Commissioners on the 7th day of June, 1976.
