ORDINANCE NO. AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A CONTRACT BETWEEN THE BUREAU OF WATER OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, AND (1) CLOW CORPORATION, SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, AND (2) KENNEDY VALVE MANUFACTURING COMPANY, ELMIRA, NEW YORK, FOR THE PURCHASE OF AN ASSORTMENT OF WATER MAIN, VALVES AND FITTINGS IN THE AMOUNT OF $197,421.11. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: SECTION I.
