Resolution 1737 - Exhibit A <br />of -way line to the east right- of -way line of Notre Dame Avenue; thence south along said east right - <br />of -way line to the east right -of -way line of Northside Boulevard; thence southeasterly along said <br />east right -of -way line to the south right -of -way line of Sample Street; thence southwesterly along <br />said south right -of -way line to the centerline of the St. Joseph River; thence meandering <br />northwesterly along said centerline to the easterly projection of the southerly right -of -way line of <br />Monroe Street; thence southwesterly along said projection and the southerly right -of -way line of <br />Monroe Street to the easterly right -of -way line of Lincolnway East (U.S. Highway #933); thence <br />southeasterly along said easterly right -of -way line to the south right -of -way line of Sample Street; <br />thence west along said south right -of -way line to the place of beginning. <br />4.0 DEVELOPMENT PLAN GOALS <br />The Development Plan Goals of the Development Plan for the SBCDA also serve as the <br />Goals for the Downtown Medical Services District Expansion Area No.4. <br />5.0 DEVELOPMENT PLAN OBJECTIVES <br />The following Development Plan Objectives have been established for the Downtown <br />Medical Services District: <br />I. To facilitate the timely and orderly growth of health care related uses located in <br />Area L as shown on Map 17.4. <br />II. To encourage development projects that complement development activities in the <br />Central Business District. <br />III. To facilitate necessary changes and/or improvements to the Transportation/ <br />Circulation system to best meet the needs of the health care related uses and the <br />surrounding community. <br />To facilitate necessary changes and /or improvements to the area's infrastructure to best <br />meet the needs of the health care related uses and the surrounding community. <br />V. To facilitate private investment in the Transition Area, shown as Area P on Map <br />17.4, between the Downtown Medical Services District and the Central Business <br />District. <br />VI. To improve physical connection for pedestrians and increase movement of foot <br />traffic between the Downtown Medical Services District and the Central Business <br />District. <br />5 Downtown Medical Services District <br />
