In addition, the following provisions, plus other appropriate provisions, will be included in the Agreement: An approved plan for the project and a time schedule for start and completion of the project. 2. That the purchase of the land is for the purpose of redevelopment and not for speculation. Purchase contracts will provide that the Developer agree that purchase of the property is for the purpose of redevelopment and not for land speculation. Prior to the completion of the redevelopment project, the Developer may not sell, lease, or otherwise transfer such land (or improvements) without the prior written consent of the South Bend Redevelopment Commission. 3. That the land will be built upon and improved in conformity with the objectives and provisions of the Plan. 4. That the building of improvements will be commenced and completed within a specified period of time. 5. That the Developers, their successors or assigns, agree that there will be no discrimination against any person or group of persons on account of race, creed, color, sex, age, transfer, use, occupancy, tenure, or enjoyment of the premises therein conveyed or improvements erected or to be erected thereon, nor will the Developer himself or any person claiming under or through him establish or permit any such practice or practices of discrimination or segregation with reference to the selection, location, number, use, or occupancy of tenants, lessees, sublessees, or vendees in the premises therein conveyed, or improvements erected or to be erected thereon.
