yourN e . <br />of � <br />Executive Session of the South Bend Common Council <br />2013 <br />The October 14, 2013 Executive Session of the South Bend Common Council was called <br />to order by Council President Derek D. Dieter at 3:15 p.m. in the Council's Informal Meeting <br />Room. <br />Persons in attendance at time of the call to order included Council Members Tim Scott, <br />Dr. Fred Ferlic, Dr. David Varner, Oliver J. Davis, Gavin Ferlic, Karen L. White, and Derek D. <br />Dieter; Mayor Pete Buttigieg, City Controller Mark Neal, Chief of Staff Katherine Roos, Public <br />Works Director Eric Horvath, Board of Works Agent Cheryl Greene, and Common Council <br />Agent Kathleen Cekanski - Farrand. <br />Shortly after the Executive Session began, Council Members Henry Davis, Jr. and <br />Valerie Schey joined the meeting in progress. <br />The Executive Session was called pursuant to the Notice dated October 10, 2013 <br />(attached) which states in part that the meeting is being held pursuant to Indiana Code § 5 -14- <br />1.5-6.1 (b)(2)(A) for "... the discussion of strategy with regard to collective bargaining necessary <br />for negotiations with Teamsters ". <br />This is to certify that the only subject matter discussed at this Executive Session was that <br />contained in the October 10, 2013 "Notice of Executive Session ". <br />Council Vice - President Davis adjourned the meeting at 3:26 p.m. <br />Respftti ed, <br />Derek D.
