ORDINANCE NO. 6127 -77 <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $150,000.00 FROM THE <br />FEDERAL ASSISTANCE GRANT COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE <br />GENERAL REVENUE SHARING FUND FOR CENTURY CENTER <br />CONSTRUCTION, TO BE ADMINISTERED BY THE CITY OF <br />SOUTH BEND THROUGH THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS. <br />WHEREAS, additional funds are needed by the Department of Public <br />Works to ensure the Department's ability to properly perform its func- <br />tion during 1977. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City <br />of South Bend, Indiana, as follows: <br />SECTION I. That the sum of $150,000.00 is hereby appropriated. <br />for the year 1977 from the Federal Assistance Grant Fund commonly known <br />as the General Revenue Sharing Fund. This appropriation is to be ad- <br />ministered by the Department of Public Works and.will be distributed <br />as set forth below: <br />PROGRAM FA 128 <br />Account Description Amount <br />260.0 Other Contractuals $150,000.00 <br />Total 200 Account $150,000.00 <br />Total FA 128 $150,000.00 <br />SECTION II.
