ORDINANCE NO. („ 1 5?y -77 <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROVING MONEYS FOR THE PURPOSE OF <br />DEFRAYING THE CETA TITLE VI EXPENSES OF THE DE- <br />PARTMENT OF EMPLOYMENT AND TRAINING FOR THE FISCAL <br />YEAR BEGINNING JANUARY 1, 1977, AND ENDING SEPTEMBER <br />30, 1977, INCLUDING ALL OUTSTANDING CLAIMS AND OBLI- <br />GATIONS, AND FIXING A TIME WHEN THE SAME SHALL TAKE <br />EFFECT. <br />BE IT ORDAINDED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: <br />SECTION I. For the expenses of the Department of Employment and Training <br />Tor the Fiscal Year ending September 30, 1977, the following sums of money <br />are hereby approved and ordered set apart out of the funds hereinafter <br />named, and for the purposes hereinafter specified, subject to the laws <br />governing the same. The sums herein approved shall be deemed to include <br />all expenditures authorized to be made in said year, unless otherwise <br />expressly stipulated or provided by law. <br />L'_1 I signed only to provide an <br />oppo=u:"i;y rcr ic discussion <br />and Council action on the issue. <br />
