ORDINANCE NO. <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROVING MONEYS FOR THE PURPOSE <br />OF DEFRAYING THE CETA TITLE I EXPENSES OF THE <br />•DEPARTMENT OF EMPLOYMENT AND TRAINING FOR THE <br />FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING JANUARY 1, 1977 AND ENDING <br />DECEMBER 31, 1977, INCLUDING ALL OUTSTANDING <br />CLAIMS AND OBLIGATIONS, AND FIXING A TIME WHEN <br />THE SAME SHALL TAKE EFFECT. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South <br />Bend, Indiana, that: <br />SECTION I. For the expenses of the Department of Employ- <br />ment and Training for the Fiscal Year ending December 31, 1977, <br />the following sums of money are hereby approved and ordered set <br />apart out of the funds hereinafter named, and for the purposes <br />hereinafter specified, subject to the laws governing the same. <br />The sums herein approved shall be deemed to include all expendi- <br />tures authorized to be made in said year, unless otherwise ex- <br />pressly stipulated or provided byelaw. <br />SECTION II. That for said fiscal year, there is hereby <br />appropriated out of the General Fund of said Employment and <br />Training funds, the following: <br />
