ORDINANCE NO. 6l.2f_77 <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $221,000.00 FROM <br />THE FEDERAL ASSISTANCE GRANT COMMONLY RE- <br />FERRED TO AS GENERAL REVENUE SHARING, FOR <br />CODE ENFORCEMENT PROGRAM, TO BE ADMINISTERED <br />BY THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND THROUGH THE DE- <br />PARTMENT.OF HUMAN RESOURCES. <br />WHEREAS, additional funds are needed by the Department of <br />Human Resources to ensure the Department's ability to properly <br />perform its function during 1977. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the <br />City of South Bend as follows: <br />SECTION I. That the sum of $221,000.00 is hereby appro- <br />priated-for-the year 1977 from the Federal Assistance Grant <br />Fund commonly known as the General Revenue Sharing Fund.
