ORDINANCE NO. 42e2 =27 <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $200,000.00 FROM <br />THE FEDERAL ASSISTANCE GRANT COMMONLY RE- <br />FERRED TO AS GENERAL REVENUE SHARING, FOR <br />VARIOUS PUBLIC WORKS PROGRAMS, TO BE ADMINI- <br />STERED BY THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND THROUGH <br />ITS BUREAU OF STREETS. <br />WHEREAS, additional funds are needed by the Bureau of <br />Streets to administer certain street improvement programs and <br />to ensure the Department's ability to properly perform its <br />function during the year 1977. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of <br />the City of South Bend, as follows: <br />SECTION I. That the sum of $200,000.00 is hereby <br />appropriated for the year of 1977 from the Federal Assistance <br />Grant Fund, commonly known as the General Revenue Sharing Fund. <br />This appropriation is to be administered by the Bureau of <br />Streets and will be distributed as set forth below: <br />PROGRAM FA 127 <br />STREET IMPROVEMENT MATERIALS <br />Account Description Amount <br />440.0 Other Materials $200,000.00 <br />Total 400 Account $200,000.00 <br />Total FA 127 $200,000.00 <br />SECTION II.
