4. Y.W.C.A. shall provide disadvantaged preschool children <br />with programs in various neighborhood centers to ready said children <br />for school and /or Bead Start programs. <br />5. Y.W.C.A. shall have a major objective in the rendering of <br />the above - described services to encourage women, girls, and children <br />from all backgrounds to reach their potential as individuals through <br />planned counseling, educational, recreational, social and Residential <br />Living services. <br />6. Y.W.C.A. shall provide such services at its institution on <br />North Lafayette in the City of South Bend and such other places as <br />may be required to fulfill their services. <br />7. Y.W.C.A. agrees to submit reports quarterly to the Board of <br />Public Works for approval. <br />8. Such reports shall describe, with particularity, the nature <br />and extgnt of services rendered and the results of such services. <br />9. The City agrees to pay Y.W.C.A. for services herein described <br />the sum of Thirty Thousand Dollars ($30,000) payable in four (4) equal <br />quarterly installments. <br />10.
