ORDINANCE NO. j6�Zey-�? <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $30,000.00 FROM <br />THE FEDERAL ASSISTANCE GRANT COMMONLY RE- <br />FERRED TO AS GENERAL REVENUE SHARING FOR <br />VARIOUS ADMINISTRATIVE PROGRAMS TO BE <br />ADMINISTERED BY THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND <br />THROUGH ITS DEPARTMENT OF HUMAN RESOURCES <br />WHEREAS, additional funds are needed by the Department of <br />Human Resources to administer certain Administrative Programs <br />and to insure the department's ability to properly perform its <br />functions. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of <br />the City of South Bend, Indiana as follows: <br />SECTION I. That the sum of $30,000.00 is hereby appro- <br />priated from the Federal Assistance Grant Fund commonly known <br />as the General Revenue Sharing Fund. This appropriation is to <br />be administered by the Department of Human Resources and will be <br />distributed as set forth below: <br />PROGRAM FA 122 <br />Y.W.C.A. <br />Account Amount <br />Services Contractual <br />- - - - - -- - - - - -- <br />260.0 $30,000.00 <br />TOTAL FA 122 $30,000.00 <br />SECTION II.
