ORDINANCE NO. <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $15,155.00 FROM <br />THE FEDERAL ASSISTANCE GRANT, COMMONLY <br />REFERRED TO AS GENERAL REVENUE SHARING, <br />FOR VARIOUS HUMAN RESOURCES PROGRAMS, TO BE <br />ADMINISTERED BY THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND <br />THROUGH ITS DEPARTMENT OF HUMAN RESOURCES <br />WHEREAS, additional funds are needed to administer certain <br />Human Resources programs and to insure the department's ability to <br />properly perform its functions during the year 1977. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the <br />City of South Bend, Indiana, as follows: <br />SECTION I. The sum of $15,155.00 is hereby appropriated <br />for the year 1977 from the Federal Assistance Grant Fund, commonly <br />known as the General Revenue Sharing Trust Fund. This appro- <br />priation is to be administered by the Department of Human Re- <br />sources and will be distributed as set forth below. <br />PROGRAM FA 121 <br />"Ethnic Festival" <br />Account Amount <br />Other Contractual Services 260.0 $15,155.00 <br />TOTAL FA 121 $15,155.00 <br />SECTION II.
