ORDINANCE NO. (Q ) 03 -'%'7 <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $8,378.00 FROM THE <br />FEDERAL ASSISTANCE GRANT COMMONLY REFERRED TO <br />AS GENERAL REVENUE SHARING, FOR VARIOUS LAW <br />ENFORCEMENT PROGRAMS, TO BE ADMINISTERED BY <br />THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND THROUGH ITS DEPARTMENT <br />OF LAW. <br />WHEREAS, additional funds are needed by the Department of Law <br />to administer certain law enforcement programs and to insure the <br />department's ability to properly perform its functions during the <br />year of 1977. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City <br />of South Bend as follows: <br />SECTION I. That the sum of $8,378.00 is hereby appropriated for <br />the year of 1977 from the Federal Assistance Grant Fund, commonly <br />known as the General Revenue Sharing Fund. This appropriation is to <br />be administered by the Department of Law and will be distributed as <br />set forth below: <br />Program FA 97 "Deputy City Attorney" <br />Account Description Amount <br />Services Personal 110.0 Salaries $7,000.00 <br />Total Services Personal: $7,000.00 <br />Current Obligations 620.0 FICA $ 410.00 <br />630.0 PERF 505.00 <br />640.0 Insurance 463.00 <br />Total Current 0bligations:$1,378.00 <br />TOTAL FA 97: $82378.00 <br />SECTION II. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and <br />effect from and after its passage by the Common Council, approval by <br />the Mayor, and the fulfillment of all statutory requirements for <br />emergency funding. <br />&.� /1. <br />
