ORDINANCE NO. („i (�� -7% <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $35,000.00 FROM <br />THE CUMULATIVE SEWER BUILDING AND SINKING FUND FOR <br />PROJECT CS10•-1977,NORTHEAST STORM SEWER DEVELOPMENT, <br />PHASE II. <br />WHEREAS, engineering plans and specifications for two areas are needed <br />for the separation of storm and sanitary sewers; and <br />WHEREAS, funds are now needed for these engineering plans and specifica- <br />tions on the following project; and <br />WHEREAS, a Cumulative Sewer Building and Sinking Fund has been <br />established, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South <br />Bend, Indiana: <br />SECTION I. That the sum of $35,000.00 be appropriated from the Cumula- <br />tive Sewer Building and Sinking Fund for the project described below: <br />PROJECT CSI -1977 <br />Bounded by North Corporate Limits (South Bend Avenue) <br />on the north, Ironwood Drive on the east, Mishawaka <br />Avenue on the south and Eddy Street on the west. <br />SECTION II.
