Dur- <br />ing that period of time increased traffic volumes and changing <br />traffic patterns have been noted. <br />Because of the changing conditions this intersection now meets the <br />warrants for signalization, more specifically the warrant based on <br />the interruption of continuous traffic. <br />The Department of Public Works is preparing plans for this project <br />and anticipates initiating the bidding procedure leading to project <br />construction, subject to the appropriation of the necessary funds <br />by the Common Council. <br />Very truly yours, <br />Rollin E.
