This money, together with unexpended funds from the <br />first year program, will be used for the 1977 Curb Program. <br />219/284 -9251 <br />The Department of Public Works is currently developing the 1977 <br />Curb Program. It is presently anticipated that plans will be <br />completed for major projects of this program so that construction <br />could start in early Spring. <br />Your favorable consideration of this appropriation is recommended. <br />Very truly yours, <br />Rollin E.
