BILL <br />ORDINANCE NO. (a-LLe:27 <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING ADDITIONAL MONIES <br />TO VARIOUS FUNDS AS SET FORTH IN SECTION I. <br />FOR THE PRUPOSE OF DEFRAYING THE EXPENSE OF <br />LIABILITY AND PROPERTY INSURANCE FOR THE <br />CITY OF SOUTH BEND DURING THE PERIOD OF <br />JULY 15 TO JANUARY 15, 1978. <br />STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: <br />As presented to you earlier this year in Resolutions 545 -546 (77), <br />additional funds are now needed to continue and keep In force the <br />city's Liability, Property and Workmen's Compensation insurance <br />during the balance of the contract year. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION I. The aggregate sum of $329,180.00 is hereby <br />appropriated for the balance of the contract year from various <br />funds as set forth below.
