ORDINANCE NO. AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $2,300 FROM THE FEDERAL ASSISTANCE GRANT, COMMONLY REFERRED TO AS GENERAL REVENUE SHARING, FOR EQUIPMENT REPAIR AT MORRIS CIVIC AUDITORIUM, TO BE ADMINISTERED BY THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, THROUGH THE DEPARTMENT OF ADMINI- STRATION AND FINANCE. STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: Additional funds are required to repair a cooling coil and to replace a drive shaft in the main blower unit at Morris Civic Auditorium to ensure the continued operation of the heating and cooling system at the Morris Civic Auditorium. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION I. The sum of $2,300.00 is hereby appropriated for the year 1977 from the Federal Assistance Grant Fund, commonly known as the General Revenue Sharing Trust Fund. This appropriation is to be administered by the Department of Administration and Finance and will be distributed as set forth below: PROGRAM FA 133 MORRIS CIVIC AUDITORIUM Account Description Amount 252.0 Equipment Repair $2,300 TOTAL FA 133 $2,300 SECTION II.
