300 East Ireland Road <br />South Bend, Indiana <br />ORDINANCE NO. 61 �T- <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 4990 -68, <br />AS AMENDED, COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING <br />ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA <br />(Chapter 21, Municipal Code). <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of <br />South Bend, Indiana: <br />Section 1. Ordinance No. 4990 -68, as amended, which <br />ordinance is commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance of the City <br />of South Bend, Indiana, be and the same hereby is amended in order <br />that the zoning classification of the following described real <br />estate in the City of South Bend, St. Joseph County, State of <br />Indiana: <br />PARCEL A <br />A part of the North 1/2 of the Southwest 1/4 <br />of Section 25, Township 37 North, Range 2 <br />East, described as follows, viz: Beginning <br />at a point 1007.16 feet East of the intersec- <br />tion of the East line of the Michigan Road <br />and South line of the Ireland Road as existed <br />on May 13, 1948 in the North 1/2 of the South- <br />west 1/4 of said Section 25; running thence <br />South a distance of 290 feet; thence West 88.6 <br />feet; thence North 290 feet; thence East 88.6 <br />feet to the place of beginning; and being known <br />as Lot Numbered Fourteen (14) on a proposed <br />Plat of said North 112 of the Southwest 1/4 <br />of said Section 25. <br />PARCEL B <br />Part of the North Half (112) of the Southwest <br />Quarter (1/4) of Section 25, Township 37 North, <br />Range 2 East, described as beginning at a point <br />1140.06 feet East of the intersection of the <br />East line of the Michigan Road and the South <br />line of the Ireland Road in the North Half (112) <br />of the Southwest Quarter (1/4) of said Section <br />25, Township and Range; running thence South <br />300 feet; thence West 132.9 feet; thence North <br />300 feet; thence East 132.9 feet to the place <br />of beginning and being known as Lot Numbered 15 <br />and the West Half (1/2) of Lot Numbered 16 on <br />the proposed Plat of the said North Half (112) <br />of the Southwest Quarter (1/4) of said Section <br />25, in St. Joseph County, Indiana. <br />PARCEL C <br />Part of the Northeast 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 <br />of Section 25, Township 37 North, Range 2 East, <br />described as beginning at a point on the South <br />line of the Ireland Road 30 feet South and <br />1140.06 feet East of the intersection of the <br />Easterly line of the Michigan Road and the North <br />
