ORDINANCE N0. S7-77 <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $233,000.00 FROM <br />THE CUMULATIVE SEWER BUILDING AND SINKING <br />FUND. <br />STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: <br />Certain extraordinary conditions have developed necessitating the re- <br />placement of the sanitary sewer facilities in Johnson Street, from Lincoln <br />Way West to Fassnacht Street. Certain improvements have been proposed to <br />accomplish this replacement in conjunction with other proposed sewer con- <br />struction activities. <br />Funds are now needed to pay the cost of the construction of these im- <br />provements.
