ORDINANCE NO. l�J 3_7i <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $10,627.00 FROM <br />THE URBAN REDEVELOPMENT FUND FOR VARIOUS <br />REDEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS TO BE ADMINISTERED <br />BY THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND THROUGH ITS <br />DEPARTMENT OF REDEVELOPMENT. <br />STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: <br />Additional funds are needed by the Department of Redevelopment <br />to administer certain Redevelopment programs and to ensure the <br />Department's ability to properly perform its functions during <br />the year 1977. <br />NOW, THEREFORE., BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, as follows: <br />SECTION I. The sum of $10,627.00 is hereby appropriated <br />for the year 1977 from the Urban Redevelopment Fund. This <br />appropriation is to be administered by the Department of <br />Redevelopment and will be distributed as set forth below: <br />Account Description Amount <br />Services Personal 110 Salaries and Wages $8,627.00 <br />Contractual 260 Other Contractual Services 2,000.00 <br />TOTAL BUDGET APPROPRIATION $10,627.00 <br />SECTION II.
