ORDINANCE NO.Lpq(Q_17 <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $300,048.00 FROM THE <br />FEDERAL ASSISTANCE GRANT COMMONLY REFERRED TO AS <br />GENERAL REVENUE SHARING, FOR OPERATION OF CENTURY <br />CENTER, TO BE ADMINISTERED BY THE CITY OF SOUTH <br />BEND THROUGH THE DEPARTMENT OF ADMINISTRATION AND <br />FINANCE. <br />WHEREAS, additional funds are needed by the Department of <br />Administration and Finance to insure this Department's ability <br />to properly perform its functions during the year 1977. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON OCUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION I. That the sum of $300,048.00 is hereby <br />appropriated for the year of 1977 from the Federal <br />Assistance Grant Fund, commonly known as the <br />General Revenue Sharing Fund.
