Transferring $1,825.00 within the Bureau of Enviromental Control

ORDINANCE NO. _LD Ci � -� to- AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING THE SUM OF $1825.00 FROM VARIOUS ACCOUNTS TO VARIOUS ACCOUNTS, ALL ACCOUNTS BEING WITHIN THE BUREAU OF ENVIRONMENTAL CONTROL BUDGET OF THE GENERAL FUND OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND. WHEREAS, certain extraordinary conditions have developed since the adoption of the existing budget for the Bureau of Environmental Control it is now necessary to appropriate more money than was appropriated in the original budget for the various functions of City government to meet such extraordinary conditions; and WHEREAS, additional funds are needed for certain accounts within the Bureau of Environmental Control to assure that de- partment's ability to properly perform its functions; and WHEREAS, funds exist in various accounts of the Bureau of Environmental Control which are not presently needed: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana: SECTION I.
