Again, as in other areas, we are mak- <br />ing a concentrated effort to limit expenditures and increase <br />efficiency at the same time. <br />The reduction in budget was accomplished through the re- <br />evaluation of manpower which allowed us to transfer one <br />individual to another department. We have also made the <br />decision to eliminate travel money and also to drive the one <br />departmental vehicle for an additional year. <br />If you have further questions please feel fr e o contact <br />me. <br />11' <br />
