The transfer can be accomplished by <br />of the Common Council. <br />/HDIANp <br />219/284 -9311 <br />transfers. <br />recommended <br />ordinance <br />I recommend an ordinance to transfer $1,750 from Account 724 <br />(Radio Equipment) to Account 440 (Other Materials). The need <br />in Account 440 is to purchase ammunition supplies to prepare <br />ammunition for training purposes during the winter months and <br />to purchase additional latent fingerprint kits. The depart - <br />ment has purchased all of the radio equipment anticipated for <br />the year 1976. The surplus in the account would be most help- <br />ful in the 440 account allowing us to get the other materials <br />discussed this year. <br />Placing such an ordinance on your Agenda for November 8, 1976 <br />would be most helpful. <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />Michael C.
