ORDINANCE NO. ( „(77� - <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING MONEYS FOR THE <br />PURPOSE OF DEFRAYING THE EXPENSES OF THE <br />BUREAU OF I4ATER OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, <br />INDIANA, FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING JAN- <br />UARY 1, 1977, AND ENDING DECEMBER 31, 1977, <br />INCLUDING ALL OUTSTANDING CLAIMS AND OBLI- <br />GATIONS, AND FIXING A TIME WHEN THE SAME <br />SHALL TAKE EFFECT. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE SOUTH BEND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: <br />SECTION I. That for the expenses of the Bureau of Water <br />for the fiscal year ending December 31, 1977, the following sums of <br />money are hereby appropriated and ordered set apart out of the fund <br />herein named and for the purposes herein specified, subject to the <br />laws governing the same and subject also to the conditions provided <br />in this Ordinance. Such sums herein appropriated shall be held to <br />include all expenditures authorized to be made during the year, <br />unless otherwise expressly stipulated and provided by law. <br />SECTION II. That for the said fiscal year, there is hereby <br />appropriated out of the General Fund, Depreciation Fund and Sinking <br />Fund of said Bureau of Water the following: <br />
