The Honorable Common Council <br />Page Two <br />October 20, 1976 <br />RE: Near Northwest Neighborhood <br />Neighborhood, bounded on the north by the St. Joseph <br />River, on the west by Leland Avenue, Portage Avenue and <br />Williams Street, on the south by Madison Street, on the <br />east by the alley between Main Street and Lafayette <br />Boulevard to Bartlett Street and west to Lafayette <br />Boulevard and north on Lafayette Boulevard to the St. <br />Joseph River, City of South Bend, is returned to the <br />Common Council with a favorable recommendation, by the <br />Area Plan Commission" <br />The deliberations of the Area Plan Commission and matters <br />considered in arriving at the above decision are shown in excerpts <br />of the minutes and will be forwarded to you at a later date to be <br />made a part of this report.
