ORDINANCE NO. &() (o -) (o <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $40,000.00 FROM THE <br />COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT GRANT FUND, FOR VARIOUS <br />PUBLIC PARKS PROGRAMS, TO BE ADMINISTERED BY <br />THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND THROUGH ITS DEPARTMENT <br />OF PUBLIC PARKS. <br />WHEREAS, additional funds are needed by the Department of <br />Public Parks to administer certain public parks programs and to insure <br />the department's ability to properly perform its functions during the <br />year 1976. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the <br />City of South Bend as follows: <br />Section I. The sum of $40,000.00 is hereby appropriated for <br />the year 1976 from the Community Development Grant Fund. This approp- <br />riation is to be administered by the Department of Public Parks and will <br />be distributed as set forth below: <br />PROGRAM CD - 76 -402 <br />SOUTHEAST SIDE PARK (Shelter House, <br />Tot Lot & Incidental Construction) <br />Account Description Amount <br />260.0 Other Contractual Services $40,000.00 <br />Section II.
