ORDINANCE N0. <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A CONTRACT BETWEEN <br />THE BUREAU OF WATER OF THE CITY OF SOUTH <br />BEND, INDIANA, AND THE CITY OF KALAMAZOO, <br />MICHIGAN, FOR THE PURCHASE OF ONE -YEAR OLD <br />METERS IN THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF $3,900.00. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: <br />SECTION I, That the Contract entered into between the <br />Bureau of Water of the City of South Bend, Indiana, and the City of <br />Kalamazoo, Michigan, for the purchase of One Hundred Ninety Five <br />(195) one -year old, 5/8" Badger Meters with attached Read- O -Matic <br />Devices is necessary in the operation of said Bureau of Water for <br />a total cost not to exceed $3,900.00, is hereby approved and confirmed. <br />SECTION II.
