ORDINANCE NO. AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $30,000.00 FROM THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT GRANT FUND FOR VARIOUS PUBLIC WORKS PROGRAMS TO BE ADMINISTERED BY THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND THROUGH ITS DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS. WHEREAS, additional funds are needed by the Department of Public Works to administer certain public works programs and to insure the De- partment's ability to properly perform its function during the year 1976. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, as follows: SECTION I. The sum of $30,000.00 is hereby appropriated for the year 1976 from the Community Development Grant Fund (1976). The appro- priation is to be administered by the Department of Public Works and will be distributed as set forth below: PROGRAM CD -76 -503 WESTERN AVENUE OFF- STREET PARKING ACCOUNT DESCRIPTION AMOUNT 260.0 Other Contractuals $30,000.00 TOTAL APPROPRIATION $30,000.00 SECTION II.
