ORDINANCE NO. 6060 -76 AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $39,017.00 FROM THE FEDERAL ASSISTANCE GRANT COMMONLY REFERRED TO AS GENERAL REVENUE SHARING, FOR ESTABLISHING THE DISCOVERY HALL PORTION OF CENTURY CENTER, TO BE ADMINISTERED BY THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND THROUGH THE DEPARTMENT OF ADMINISTRATION AND FINANCE. WHEREAS, additional funds are needed by the Department of Administration and Finance to insure this Department's ability to properly perform its functions during the year 1977. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION I. That the sum of $39,017.00 is hereby appro- priated for the year of 1977 from the Federal Assistance Grant Fund, commonly known as the General Revenue Sharing Fund.
