Ms. Leonard -Inks explained that this appropriation resolution was inadvertently omitted from the set of public hearings scheduled for October 4. Upon a motion by Ms. Schey, seconded by Mr. Varner and unanimously carried, the Commission accepted for filing Resolution No. 3172 determining to appropriate monies for the purpose of paying for certain expenses by the Redevelopment Commission including all outstanding claims and obligations, fixing a time when the same shall take effect and setting a public hearing for 9:30 a.m., October 24, 2013. (Redevelopment General Fund) I. Ratification of Annual Financial Information Disclosure of U. S. Bank National Association (1) Century Center Bond Mr. Meteiver noted that as part of Century Center Bond of 2008, the Commission has a continuing disclosure agreement that it must provide to the bond trustee each year. The controller's office provides the information, but the bond trustee requires this certification signed by the Redevelopment Authority and the Redevelopment Commission that the information is accurate. The disclosure was executed by Ms. Marcia Jones and Ms. Valerie Schey, so at this point all that is needed is a motion to ratify their execution of the document. Upon a motion by Ms. Schey, seconded by Mr. Varner and unanimously carried, the Commission ratified the Annual Financial Information Disclosure of U.S. Bank National Association for the Century Center Bond of 2008.
