ORDINANCE NO. 6os-�6-2 6 AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $15,000 TO LINE ITEM 260.0, CONTRACTUAL SERVICES, WITHIN THE CUMULATIVE SEWER BUILDING AND SINKING FUND, TO BE ADMINISTERED BY THE BUREAU OF STREETS IN THE RE- PAIR OF SEWER STRUCTURES AND RELATED RECONSTRUCTION. WHEREAS, an additional appropriation of $15,000 is necessary for Account No. 260.0, Other Contractual Services, within the Cumulative Sewer Building and Sinking Fund, in order to meet the Department's obligations during 1976. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana: SECTION I. set forth below: FUND ACCOUNT That the sum of $15,000 is hereby appropriated as DESCRIPTION AMOUNT 52 0260.0 Other Contractual Services $15,000 SECTION II.
