STAFF REPORT <br />PARK AVENUE NEIGHBORIIOOD REZONING <br />CHRONOLOGY <br />July 22, 1976 -; The Park Avenue Neighborhood Association <br />addressed a letter to Roger Parent requesting that the <br />Common Council and the City administration give consideration <br />to the Association's request to rezone the Park Avenue <br />neighborhood to "A" Residential. <br />August 10, 1976 - Roger Parent directed the Area Plan <br />Commission staff to study the PANA proposal, to refine <br />it with members of PANA, and to draft an ordinance for <br />introduction by First District Councilman Joe Serge. <br />August 23, 1976 - First reading of the proposed ordinance. <br />Proposed Zoning <br />See attached maps for existing zoning and proposed rezoning. <br />I <br />
