The property sought to be rezoned is located at: <br />the West side of South Ironwood Drive between the South <br />line of Randolph Street and a point Thirty -Five (35) feet <br />North of the North line of Calvert Street. <br />2. The property is owned by: Frank J. Deak and Mary A. Deak, <br />husband and wife (as to Lots 57 and 58); Realty Investments, <br />Inc. (as to Lot 59); and Bel Air Realty, Inc. (as to Lots <br />60, 61, 62 and 63)• <br />3.
