Tomutturr Rrpart <br />Mo tilt tdommon Connril of thr (gtty of Oootk 19rnk <br />Your Committee OF THE WHOLE <br />to whom was referred <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $281,191.00 FROM THE <br />COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT FUND FOR COM- <br />MUNITY DEVELOPMENT ADMINISTRATION COSTS TO BE <br />ADMINISTERED THROUGH ITS DEPARTMENT OF HUMAN <br />RESOURCES /DIVISION OF COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT. <br />Respectfully report that they have examined the matter and that in their opinion THIS ORDINANCE SHOULD BE <br />RECOMMENDED TO THE COUNCIL FAVORABLE, as amended, by <br />eliminating Chief Planner at a salary of $15,500, decreasing <br />postage to $1,500; travel to $2,700; telephone to $6,200, <br />printing and publication to $2,800; office supplies to $2,500; <br />subscriptions to $2,800; furniture and fixtures to $1,500; and <br />adding a line item for gasoline and vehicle insurance at a <br />figure of $2,000.
