ORDINANCE NO. t -i7 AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A CONTRACT BETWEEN THE BUREAU OF WATER OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, AND (1) CLOW CORPORATION, SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, (2) KENNEDY VALVE MANUFACTURING COM- PANY, ELMIRA, NEW YORK, AND (3) MUELLER CO., CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE FOR THE PURCHASE OF AN ASSORTMENT OF WATER MAIN, VALVES, FITTINGS AND HYDRANTS IN THE AMOUNT OF $207,914.42. STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: To approve the purchase of an assortment of water main, valves, fittings and hydrants as purchase of same is required in the operation of the Bureau of Water. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION I.
