Completed <br />petition is to be filed with City Clerk. <br />Date Filed <br />Application Number <br />Date Area Plan Commission Received <br />I (We) the undersigned make application and petition the <br />South Bend Common Council to amend the Zoning Ordinance as <br />herein requested. <br />1) The property sought to be rezoned is located at: <br />A 2.6 acre parcel of ground located on the north <br />side of the intersection of Monroe Street and <br />Lincoln Way East. <br />2) Name of property owner: <br />International Constructors Co., IV. <br />An Ohio Limited Partnership <br />c/o Bruce Bancroft, Attorney at Law <br />Thornburg, McGill, Deahl, Harman, Carey and Murray <br />Sixth floor First Bank Bldg. <br />South Bend, IN 46601 <br />219/233 -1171 <br />3) It is desired and requested that this property be rezoned <br />from "C" Commercial, and "B" Residential, "G" Height and Area, <br />to "A -3" High Density Residential Office and Professional <br />District, "G" Height and Area. <br />4) This rezoning is requested so as to allow the following use (s): <br />High -rise apartment project containing a small <br />convenience commercial center. <br />5) Attached is a copy of (a) legal description of the property; <br />(b) list of names and addresses of all property owners within <br />300 feet of the petition property. <br />Richard S.
