The property sought to be rezoried is-located at being a part of the Northeast Cm ner of Mayflower and Sample. 2. The property is owned by St Joseph Polish Roman Catholic Cemetery Association 3. A legal description of the property is as follows: A part of Area 1 as shown on the Recorded replat of Belleville Unit "D" an Addition to the City of South Bend, Indiana, Mm e particularly described as follows; Beginning at the Northwest corner of said Area 1; thence East along the North line of said Area 1, 428,23 feet to tthe Northeast corner of said Area 1 thence South along the East line of said Area 1, 116.12 feet; thence West parallel with the South line of said Area 1, 125.0b feet; thence South parallel with the East line of said Area 1, 200.00 feet to the South line of said Area 1; thence West along the South line of said Area 1, 102.31 feet; thende North parallel with the West line of said Area 1, 163.48 feet; thence West parallel with the South line of said Area 1, 200.00 feet to the West line of said Area 1; thence North along said West line of Area 1, 181.63 feet to the place of beginning.
