(s [ -t (- - rf q <br />AN ORDINANCE DESIGNATING AND ESTABLISHING AN <br />HISTORIC LANDMARK UNDER ORDINANCE NO. 5565 -73, <br />AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 4990 -68, AS AMENDED, <br />COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE <br />CITY OF SOUTH BEND <br />WHEREAS, a member of the Common Council of the City <br />of South Bend has petitioned for the designation of the following <br />described real estate as an Historic Landmark under Ordinance No, <br />5565 -73, as amended, to wit: <br />Parcel of Land Cont. .928 Ac + or <br />Beg. So. Line South Street & West Line <br />So.
