BILL NO <br />ORDINANCE NO. i � � 7 7 <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $60,500.00 <br />FROM THE CUMULATIVE SEWER BUILDING AND SINKING <br />FUND. <br />STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: <br />A retention basin has been planned for the Miami Hills area in the <br />Civil City of.South Bend and funds are now needed to pay the cost of land <br />acquisition of said project. Funds presently exist in the Cumulative <br />Sewer Building and Sinking Fund established under the authority of Title <br />18, Article 6, Chapter 6 of the Indiana Code. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: <br />SECTION I. That the sum of $60,500.00 be appropriated from the <br />Cumulative Sewer Building and Sinking Fund for the project and in the <br />amount set forth below: <br />Miami Hills Retention Basin <br />Land Acquisition and Title Insurance $60,500.00 <br />SECTION II.
