Stancati, Director of Utilities <br />SUBJECT: ORDINANCE TO APPROVE CONTRACT FOR CONSTRUCTION OF FENCE - <br />WATER WORKS' NORTH PUMPING STATION <br />(219) 284 -9322 <br />The Bureau of Water is presenting an Ordinance to the Common Council <br />to approve a Contract for the construction of a fence to be located in the rear of <br />the South Bend Water Works' North Pumping Station at 830 North Michigan Street, <br />South Bend, Indiana. <br />Quotations were received from the following companies: <br />Michiana Fence, Inc. - $2,945.00 <br />South Bend, Indiana <br />Calho Fence Co., Inc. - $3,325.00 <br />South Bend, Indiana <br />U.S. Steel Supply (Cyclone Fence) - $3,331.00 <br />South Bend, Indiana <br />Project Fence Company, Inc. - $4,025.00 <br />South Bend, Indiana <br />The Contract was awarded to Michiana Fence, Inc., South Bend, Indiana, <br />by the Board of Water Works Commissioners on the 1st day of August, 1977.
