NOTICE OF FILING OF ORDINANCE <br />Notice is hereby given that on the lst day of <br />Aug., 1977, the South Bend Economic Development Commission <br />filed with the City Clerk of South Bend, Indiana, a proposed <br />form of ordinance authorizing the execution of a Lease and <br />Trust Indenture and the issuance of Industrial Development <br />Revenue Bonds pertaining to facilities for MIDSTATE POWER <br />TRANSMISSION COMPANY, INC. <br />Such proposed Ordinance will be considered and heard <br />at the regular meeting of the Common Council of the City of <br />South Bend, Indiana, to be held at 7:00 o'clock P.M. on the <br />day of , 1977, in the chambers of the Common <br />Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, in the County - <br />City Building, South Bend, Indiana. <br />Irene K.
