ORDINANCE NO. 6g?J,1j_77 <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $5,000 FROM THE <br />ANTI- RECESSION FUND, COMMONLY REFERRED TO AS <br />COUNTER - CYCLICAL GRANT, FOR VARIOUS ADMINI- <br />STRATION PROGRAMS TO BE ADMINISTERED BY THE <br />CITY OF SOUTH BEND, THROUGH ITS DEPARTMENT <br />OF ADMINISTRATION AND FINANCE. <br />STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: <br />Additional funds are needed to administer certain programs <br />and to ensure the city's ability to properly perform its functions <br />during the year 1977. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION I. The sum of $5,000.00 is hereby appropriated for the <br />year 1977 from the Anti- Recession Fund, commonly known as the Counter - <br />Cyclical Grant.
