Also attached is a copy of the petition, Statement of Benefits <br />form, and supporting information. The project calls for the renovation of a building located at 120 W. <br />LaSalle Street. <br />The report contains the Department's findings relative to the above petition. The total cost for the renovation <br />is estimated at $4,000,000.
